Crowne Plaza Bandung, an IHG Hotel

the staff was excellent. from the time you get out of the car the concierge, front desk were very welcoming and helpful in fulfilling our requests. Room that we were upgraded to was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was in a quieter part of city which was nice. Breakfast was the best. Who can say no to Haagen Dasz for breakfast? Good spread of western and local food and it tasted fresh.

The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, since it was nice to have a space to work without worrying about disturbing other family members.

Kids club and lounge access. Breakfast variety is good. Friendly and attentive staffs. Family friendly hotel. Facilities are up to date and well maintained. Came back to room daily with nice and personalised notes by the housekeeping team.

The staff at CP Bandung was the best. They were very polite, patient and informative. Though I feel that communication between staff could be better, everything else is great. We also had room service on the last night and the food was great.
